Jennifer Lynn, ACC

Jennifer is the CEO of Diversity Advantage International | LCI Associates Inc, an evidence-based provider of human capital and workplace solutions. Recognized as a leadership and business coach, diversity and inclusion specialist and communications strategist, Jennifer's career encompasses business, education, broadcasting and media. For over 25 years, she has inspired individuals, teams and organizations to realize their greatest potential. As a certified coach, facilitator and speaker, Jennifer leads the company's coaching practice and B.O.L.D., a unique executive leadership diversity program.

Jennifer's current and past volunteer positions include Director of Tides Canada; Chair of the Board, United Way Toronto; Director, Ontario Trillium Foundation; panel judge, Gemini Awards, Immigrant Success Awards and Diversity On Boards Awards. She is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal, the United Way of Canada Chair’s Award and the Province of Ontario Volunteer Service Award.



Deborah Nixon, PhD, ACC

Deborah has coached, mentored and consulted to organizations and individuals for 30 years. Her work as both a corporate executive, independent consultant, career transition coach, executive recruiter, and OD/HR/Leadership consultant has given her a deep insight into what it takes to success in diverse environments.

Deborah has a unique expertise in building high trust relationships and organizations. She also has worked in Canada's North and with First Nations and Inuit communities. She is a good mentor and coach who knows when to take a hand and guide and when to allow her clients to discover on their own.




Rose Marie Nero

Rose Marie is Director of Continuous Excellence at NestlĂ© Canada and is a certified coach and facilitator. Recognized as a change leader and a coaching expert in the organization, she trains and coaches individuals and teams. In her role, Rose Marie helps create engaged, empowered high-performing teams and inspires them to personally grow and to drive sustainable business results.

Rose Marie has over 25 years of experience as a Business Leader and professional in a variety of functions including marketing, finance, supply chain and training & development. Recognized for her business acumen and strategic thinking, she has received several Awards of Excellence through-out her career.

In addition to coaching at Nestlé, Rose Marie volunteers her time mentoring and providing career coaching to university students and others navigating change.


Sue Sheldon, B.Sc., M.C.C.

Sue is a compassionate and energetic coach, consultant and facilitator who thrives on championing people to be the best they can be. Since she began her own consulting company in 1991, she has held an on-going commitment to understanding her client’s needs in unison with accountability for the implementation and measurement of the results.

Since 1997, coaching has been an integral part of Sue’s practice. Sue has acquired the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). For 10 years, Sue brought her skills as a coach and leader to her role on the faculty of Adler International Learning as a leader of the certificate program and part of the supervisory team for the Practicum process.

Sue’s practice at the learning continuum continues to grow as she works with entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to find balance between social and fiscal responsibility, with the ultimate goal of humanizing the workplace.


Marilyn Osborne, ACC

As a leadership development coach with Osborne Corporate Coaching, Marilyn Osborne is In Service of Workplace Thriving. Marilyn has a finance background, brings core values of integrity, collaboration, humour and confidentiality to coaching, and believes that enterprise and employees can be mutually supportive towards thriving. Her coaching clients and former clients include professionals in financial services, professional services - including law and accounting, as well as telecom and the consumer packaged goods industry.

Through coaching, Marilyn focuses on the art and science behind creative and proven modes of professional and leadership development, and practices both through client engagements and through public speaking and workshops. Marilyn is a Certified Coach Practitioner of the Tilt 365 assessment tool, an update to the 360/EQ tool. Tilt is an evidence-based Positive Influence Predictor, for measuring and increasing an individual's capacity for leadership, learning and innovation. Marilyn’s coaching designation (ATC) is through Adler International Learning.
