Dominic Scaffidi (Chair), PCC

Dominic is President at HR Possibilities Inc., a human resources consulting firm he founded in 2008 to pursue his passion for executive coaching, team coaching and training managers to develop coaching skills.

Dominic has coached executives in a variety of organizations as they take on challenges including new roles, goals, projects and significant change/transition. He is committed to helping leaders engage the full potential of their people to achieve unprecedented performance. His approach is to work with leaders through intentional conversations that cause them to generate new thinking, create new strategies and produce new actions in their most important organizational commitments.

Deborah Nixon, PhD, ACC

Deborah has coached, mentored and consulted to organizations and individuals for 30 years. Her work as both a corporate executive, independent consultant, career transition coach, executive recruiter, and OD/HR/Leadership consultant has given her a deep insight into what it takes to success in diverse environments.

Deborah has a unique expertise in building high trust relationships and organizations. She also has worked in Canada's North and with First Nations and Inuit communities. She is a good mentor and coach who knows when to take a hand and guide and when to allow her clients to discover on their own.

Sandra Oliver

Industry leader Sandra Oliver launched Sandra Oliver Consulting – now Impact-Coaches Inc. (Impact) – in 2003. With a professional background including 20 years of experience coaching senior executives and 17 years in corporate HR leadership roles across North America, she set out to create a coaching business that large corporate clients would recognize as distinctive in this competitive industry. Impact currently serves large blue chip clients in a variety of industries across the globe.

Sandra’s human resources and consulting experience includes managing human resource functions across North America, assisting in large scale change initiatives, and providing her expertise on leadership development and employee motivation. In addition, Sandra has hands-on labour relations experience. Sandra prides herself in keeping current on the latest research and in continuously developing herself in her chosen profession. Her passion is helping people to achieve their potential and helping organizations to better develop their talent.
