Susan Wright is a Leadership Coach and Organizational Development professional with over 15 years of private and public sector experience. Susan is the founder of Wright Momentum, a change enablement consultancy that partners with clients to provide organizational consulting, leadership coaching and facilitation.
Susan’s work is focused on building capacity for conscious change to facilitate innovation, collaboration and meaningful results, with emphasis on the people-side of systems change. Susan’s coaching and organizational development experience includes managing projects and initiatives focused on employee engagement and talent development as well, supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders to be successful in navigating change and building effective teams.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Advanced Gerontological Education (AGE) Inc. and was past President for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Toronto Chapter. Susan is a candidate for MDes, Strategic Foresight and Innovation, OCADU and a Certified Professional Coach (PCC). She combines her education and knowledge in the areas of human behaviour, systems thinking and organizational development to accelerate awareness, choice and strategic action.

In 2000, Deborah Colman (MCC) founded Colman & Company Inc. – Inspiring Leadership, a leadership development company committed to humanizing organizational cultures, where leaders and leadership teams consciously create a productive and rewarding experience of work. As a CTI Senior Faculty member, she teaches the coaching competencies associated with extraordinary leadership and an introduction to the Co-Active Leadership Model to emerging coaches, leaders, and consultants. Deborah was one of the first in Canada to receive a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation and is a published author of Roadmap to Success in partnership with Ken Blanchard and Deepak Chopra.
Ranya El-Farnawani is the Practice Lead for Coaching & Leader Learning at The Talent Company. For over 10 years she has coached individuals and supported teams with key communication, leadership, and career challenges.
Her coaching focus is on improving relationships, and she helps individuals and managers build strong working relationships by learning to communicate clearly, authentically, and strategically.
At The Talent Company she supports the design and delivery of coach training for managers that helps managers leverage a coaching mindset in order to drive team engagement and high performance.
