Summer Greetings from the ICF-GTA Board
As the months rapidly roll by with various activities underway, summer is often a time to simply step back from all the busyness and to enjoy the company of friends. It is within our coaching community where new friendships can begin and grow.
We invite you to join us in the relaxing and beautiful ambiance of the Old Mill for a summer mixer and presentation. In that first hour before the formal presentation we invite you to be among each other, exchanging ideas, sharing and co-creating. We grow in the presence of another, so we look forward to being with you on July 21st.

In Memorium
The ICF-GTA coaching community has lost a bright light. With her family at her side, Ann Iachetta left quietly on March 29, 2010 after a 9 month struggle with cancer. Ann left her loving husband Richard Diver, their beloved son Julian (who is 12 years old), as well as two sisters, two brothers and a wide extended family in Quebec, Ontario and beyond.
On April 10th, well over 200 family members, friends and colleagues gathered in Mississauga to celebrate Ann’s life. It was a time of reflection, music and heart warming videos of Ann as a child, with her family and with Richard and Julian. There was not a dry eye in the house as many of us shared memories of Ann as a vibrant, spirited and fun friend; a dedicated and intuitive career professional and coach, and a well loved family member.
Professionally Ann was a successful business owner of a recruiting firm in Toronto prior to a move to Vancouver Island early in the 1990s. On her return to Toronto in the mid-90s, she entered the career consulting business with outplacement firm Mainstream Access in their contract with Bell Canada Career Centre, supporting thousands of employees impacted by organizational change. After Bell, Ann consulted with Drake Beam Morin for several years and in the mid-2000s moved on to Knightsbridge. Along the way Ann also trained in a variety of alternative healing modalities which she wove into her private coaching practice. During this time she also trained and was certified as a coach through the Adler School of Coaching.
Ann was a wonderfully vibrant and unique person who fully integrated body, mind and spirit within her life and in her work. In her valiant struggle with cancer from July 2009 to March 2010, Ann was always positive, determined, open to a wide spectrum of healing approaches and offers of friendship and she was fully engaged in being a wife and mom. Always one to enjoy people and despite pain and discomfort, Ann attended social events and family gatherings right to the end of her life. At the end she died peacefully at Ian Anderson Hospice. All of us who knew Ann were blessed by her presence in our lives. We cherished our time with her and miss her daily.
