PRISM Award Winners

This award celebrates organizations who have created excellence and enhanced business performance through their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy.


SELECTION CRITERIA


The following criteria will be considered in choosing the PRISM Award winners:

  1. Coaching is used for leadership development at any level in the organizastion
  2. Public not-for-profit or private sector organizations are eligible
  3. Any size of organization is eligible
  4. Qualitative and/or quantitative measurements must be demonstrated
  5. The coaching initiative can include any/all of the following: One-on-one coaching, Group/team coaching, Coach training for managers, Other supportive training initiatives
  6. Senior management are engaged in setting strategic diretion for the organization and actively involved in the initiative.
  7. An executive sponsor is actively championing coaching

AWARD CATEGORIES


It is anticipated that the ICF-GTA Prism Awards be given in four categories:
  1. Not-for-Profit Sector
  2. Public Sector
  3. Private Sector - Small
  4. Private Sector - Large
