Newfield Network is
one of the founding Coach Training Schools accredited by the ICF with offices
in five countries. Several years ago the Chapter hosted Julia Olallo, founder
of Newfield Network, as part of Coaching Awareness Week, which was a resounding
success.
International coach
and speaker Dan Newby, Vice President of Newfield Network, will be the guest
leader. Dan serves as a senior course leader at Newfield and the Generative
Leadership Institute.
Dan will be
speaking on Emotional Literacy, a topic of universal interest for human
interaction. Emotional Literacy is an essential competency today for leaders
who require agility managing in today’s complex and diverse environment.
Dan’s specific
topic will be “The Six Most Common Emotions that Shape you as a Leader”.
He will be assisted by other Newfield trained GTA
based coaches who will lead exercises. Understanding the common emotions we
face, and how to work with them effectively to transform relationships and
improve performance, will be an outcome of the workshop.
Workshop includes breakfast. Early bird registration by May 1 will provide eligibility for the draw for the “New Observer” 3 day workshop
in October, a value of $995.
Stay tuned for a flyer which can be circulated to
your clients and other potential clients. Sign up quickly to ensure a seat and
your place in the draw!
