Join us April 19, 2017 for the ICF-Toronto Member Meeting – How I Became a Really Competent Coach (and You Can Too), with Master Certified Coach Cathy Shaughnessy.

A Message from Cathy:

If you’ve ever had a bad haircut (and let’s face it, who hasn’t?) you’ll know the critical difference between doing a job and doing it well. Really, really well.

I’ll be the first to admit that when I started out in coaching over two decades ago, I was so focused on skill development that I didn’t spend much time thinking about competencies. It wasn’t until I turned my attention to credentialing that I realized how much I didn’t know (cue the scary music track). And, what I didn’t know was … a lot.

Ever the optimist, I got started figuring it out. Ten years and three credentials later (yes, I earned them one at a time) I can confidently call myself a Really Competent Coach. That means I really know the competencies, I really understand them, and I really work to integrate them into my coaching conversations.

Join us April 19th...

...if you are not sure where to start, but you are definitely ready to commit to becoming a Really Competent Coach. Cathy will be sharing her story along with some tips, strategies and hacks that will put you on the fast track to coach mastery.

About the speaker:

Cathy Shaughnessy is a PRISM award winning ICF Master Certified Coach and author of the book series The Really Competent Coach. Cathy coaches senior leaders, mentors credentialed coaches, trains fledgling coaches and helps organizations build strong coaching cultures.
