Adaptive Leadership for Coaches

with speaker Srikanth Seshadri

Are your clients looking for transformational change, but stuck in small-scale, linear, technical fixes?

The Adaptive Leadership framework helps you diagnose, interrupt and innovate to meet your clients' true needs.

In this interactive workshop, designed specifically for coaches, participants will

- Learn the core concepts of Adaptive Leadership
- Learn what it takes to make progress towards transformational growth
- Experiment with the framework in the context of their coaching practice
