6:15 - 8:30: “Living Successfully with Learning Disabilities”

Speaker: Todd Cunningham

As coaches, we will come across clients who need assistance in navigating through life with learning disabilities either for themselves, their families or their staff. Yet many of us don’t really know enough about the subject. We will have a rare opportunity to learn from an outstanding speaker who has personal experience and training in this important subject.

Bio:

Todd Cunningham completed his M.A in Clinical Psychology at OISE, University of Toronto and is working on his Ph.D. Todd worked as the Assistive Technologist for the Learning Disabilities Research Program at the Hospital for Sick Children, and was an assistive technology tutor while attending Trent University.  He is the incoming chair of the Adult Advocacy Committee of the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario.

Todd is an excellent role model of a successful adult with learning disabilities. He will discuss the issues facing adults with LDs and share the strategies that have contributed to his success.
