A Deep Dive Into Coaching Ethics

With:

Karen Wright, MCC
Maggie DiStasi, PCC
Lorna Hegarty, MCC
Glennie Mercer, PCC
Kanchan Prinsloo, PCC

Although straightforward in theory, coaching ethics is fraught with difficulty in practice.

Many coaching engagements throw up ethical dilemmas that aren't easily resolved by consulting the ICF's Code of Ethics.

In this month's member meeting, we take an interactive deep dive into coaching dilemmas. Drawing on scenarios outlined in the forthcoming book, Complex Situations in Coaching: A Critical Case-Based Approach, published by Routledge, attendees work together in small groups to resolve ethical dilemmas embedded in complex coaching situations.

All ICF credential holders are required to demonstrate completion of at least three (3) Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in the area of coaching ethics to be eligible for renewal of their ICF credentials. Attendees at this meeting will receive Coaching Ethics CCEUs (the exact number to be confirmed).

Join us for this highly interactive session, hosted by ICF Toronto.
