Topic:  The Anatomy of a Long Term Coaching Relationship

Long term coaching relationships are complex phenomena.  They evolve organically as a result of the interactions between two people. Yet their evolution is not just happenstance and there are some guidelines that can be useful to understand.  Those guidelines are just that - they are not rules but are ideas that coaches must 'make their own' by adapting them to their own personalities and coaching style.  This workshop allows coaches to explore this area through an interactive evening with two coaches who have worked with each other in a coaching relationship over a long period of time.

Those attending will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of what makes a long term coaching relationship. This is highly interactive presentation and is recommended for coaches wishing to explore what creates long term coaching relationships.
