Video marketing is truly a fast and efficient way to promote your products, services and expertise, especially coaching services.

Packages range from $250.00 to $400.00. Having worked with Executives/Leaders from various industries, Chuck is a sought after speaker in the areas of Coaching, Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Personal Achievement. He’s known to many executives as a challenging coach and uses a people focussed leadership style at Excel Group. Lisa Sansom is the owner of LVS Consulting, providing services in leadership coaching, team facilitation/coaching, effective communications training and change management consulting to a variety of organizations, including crown corporations, private industry, and educational institutions.

As an accredited coach, her clients include managers and leaders, as well as aspiring leaders, who seek to improve their positive impact in the organizations where they work. Lisa’s style is practical and friendly with touches of appropriate humour, with a drive to get to the “tough stuff”.

Lisa writes for Your Workplace magazine, Canada’s authority on work/life issues, covering topics like Appreciative Inquiry, The Change Cycle™, and business book reviews.

An accomplished trainer, Lisa has designed and delivered courses on change management, introductory coaching, effective interpersonal communications, and cross-cultural dynamics. Lisa has also spoken at several events, including Junior Chamber International’s annual conference.

Lisa obtained her MBA from the Rotman School of Management, Hons BA from the University of Waterloo and B.Ed. from Brock University. Currently, she is earning her MAPP (Master of Applied Positive Psychology) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Margaret Butteriss is Coaching Practice Leader for the North East Region of Right Management.

Margaret is a highly accomplished executive coach, organization effectiveness, leadership development, and talent management professional. An expert in the field since 1978, she has worked with leading multi-national companies in the US, Canada, and Europe, both as a senior management team member and as a consultant.
She has worked as a senior leader for such organizations as Shell International in the UK, Shell Canada, Ontario Hydro and Fidelity Investments both in Canada and the US. She has also been an internal organization effectiveness consultant and executive coach where she helped to build high performing teams and to develop senior talent.

Margaret has written a number of books. Her latest book “Coaching the MVP. Developing your High Potential Employees”, Jossey Bass, was published in May 2008.   She has co-authored the book “Corporate MVPs. Managing Your Company’s Most Valuable Performers”, John Wiley. She authored “Reinventing HR: Changing Roles to Create the High Performance Organization”; John Wiley and Sons, Canada Ltd.  “Help Wanted. The Complete Guide to Human Resources for Canadian Entrepreneurs”, John Wiley.
Margaret holds both a B.Sc. and M. Sc. in Economics from the University of Wales in the UK.

Dr. Steven Stein - Maximizing the Coaching Experience Using a New Emotional Intelligence Tool

Dr. Steven Stein is a clinical psychologist and CEO of Multi-Health Systems (MHS), an internationally known psychological test publishing company. MHS is a three-time Profit 100 (fastest growing companies in Canada) winner. 

Dr. Stein co-authored the international best-seller The EQ Edge: Emotional intelligence and Your Success and is the author of the newly released Emotional Intelligence for Dummies. He has also written Make Your Workplace Great: The 7 Keys to an Emotionally Intelligent Organization.

A leading expert on psychological assessment and emotional intelligence, he has consulted to military and government agencies including the Canadian Forces, U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, special units of the Pentagon, FBI Academy, as well as corporate organizations including American Express, Air Canada, Canyon Ranch, Coca-Cola (Mexico), and professional sports teams.

Dr. Stein is the past Chairperson of the Psychology Foundation of Canada. He is a former assistant professor in the psychiatry department at the University of Toronto and former adjunct professor of psychology at York University in Toronto.

He has appeared on over 100 TV and Radio shows throughout Canada and the United States. He has also been quoted in numerous newspapers and magazines.
