STEP INTO LEADERSHIP

Although painful, turbulent times are actually good for innovation.  When there's an environment of scarcity, there's an openness for fundamental change.  Did you know that a full 50% of the Dow Jones Industrial Average companies formed since 1850 were founded during a recession?  The coaching community is at the forefront of this innovation with more than 350 new International members joining per month as the coaching credential (ACC, PCC and MCC) continues to gain credibility.

During this leadership year, the Board of Directors invites various stakeholders to STEP INTO LEADERSHIP.  Coaches were drawn to this profession with a 'bigger game' in mind.  What is your bigger game, and how can the ICF-GTA chapter support you?

This year, the ICF-GTA Chapter is developing innovative Member Programs & Services to help you take your coaching to the world.  Review the Opportunities Page and website carefully noting all your interests, and write our President with your ideas on taking coaching to your community in a big way.
