The Coaching Impact - May 7-8, 2016

This 2-day program is intended for people who might not want to become a “professional coach” (that is, having coaching as their full-time profession), yet might find it valuable to acquire some of the skills of a professional coach to use in their regular line of work, or elsewhere in their lives. The Coaching Impact is condensed from Adler’s 3-week plus practicum, professional coach training program. It uses a selection of the tools and techniques from all three weeks of in-class training that could be best used and applied by professionals in all walks of life. During the 2-day intensive, students will have time to actually practice, exercise, and experience the tools as both coach and “coachee” so that participants will have confidence when using them in their regular work life.
