Break the Glass Ceiling!

Develop Essential Skills to Advance Your Career

Coming September 2017:

A six-month virtual group coaching program for women who want to recognize the value of their natural strengths, be seen as the leader they are, and develop essential skills to get ahead in their career.

Monthly investment: $399 + hst

Why now?

  • Because you’re tired of being overlooked for promotions and feeling that your opinion doesn’t count
  • Because you are skilled and capable yet somehow you aren’t seen as the leader you are
  • Because you have great ideas and you want to be able to speak up and be heard
  • Because you are motivated and ambitious and you deserve to feel great about yourself and get ahead in your career!

In Break the Glass Ceiling, you’ll focus on the positive changes you want to create in your career and your inspirations. You’ll learn how to optimize your conversation skills to help you advance in your career in a way that feels authentic and celebrates your natural strengths.

With the support of your coach and the group, you’ll practice taking credit for your work and speaking up in your workplace. You’ll learn how to position yourself as the leader you are, and how to negotiate your way to the raise/promotion you deserve.

Coming to Toronto November 2017!
Intervention Mastery Skills: Presence and Strategic Use of Self
with Dorothy E. Siminovitch, PhD, MCC
Author of A Gestalt Coaching Primer: The Path Toward Awareness IQ

Personal and professional mastery means that we are aware of what we evoke and responsible for what we provoke. As coaches, we are tasked with being present in our presence and being able to leverage our presence in order to: be aware of who we are; act choicefully in the moment; strengthen our capacity to influence and to inspire others; and nurture our ability to effectively intervene across multiple levels of system relevant to the client. Skillful leveraging of presence requires excellent process management skills that invite awareness, choice, and innovation.

This workshop draws from Gestalt foundations. We offer a highly experiential, relational, and feedback-rich workshop that allows our participants to practice what they are learning in the observant, supportive company of equally committed peers and experienced Gestalt practitioners.

Participants will:

  • Strengthen awareness of their distinctive presence
  • Explore their impact and effectiveness as intervener at multiple levels of system
  • Identify their access to both intimacy and strategic action
  • Learn developmental strategies to increase personal and professional mastery
Program Dates:
November 28-30, 2017

Program Venue:
Downtown Toronto (TBA)

$1,800USD + HST
Graduates of coach training programs: Ask about scholarship availability.

This workshop is approved for 25 ICF-CCEUs.

For details, visit Gestalt Coaching Works.

Calling In Power & Culture: Revolutionizing Coach Education, Sept 16-17, Toronto, Canada.

A groundbreaking event, revolutionary conversation and hands-on workshop about transforming power, privilege, rank and culture (PPRC) in coach education and the coaching profession as a whole. Attendees will participate in powerful conversations and get into action to revolutionize the dynamics of PPRC in their coaching practice, their schools and the global coaching sector. 14 CCEU (Categories TBA).

  • Devise practical applications in improving coach training and education curriculum and embedding diversity into our respective practices’ and organizations’ culture and reach. (The “IT”)
