PRISM Award recipients exemplify how coaching can develop an organization's human capital by maximizing individuals' potential and leading to high Return on Investment (ROI) and Expectations (ROE) from coaching interactions.

How does an organization get nominated?

Any business leader can have their organization nominated for a PRISM Award by having their internal or external coach complete an application form. 

Previous recipients from four different sector categories include:

  • Large Private Sector: Bell Canada, Scotiabank, Celestica, Sanofi Pasteur, Sysco Food Services
  • Small and Mid-Size Private Sector: Cathexis Consulting, Nelson Education, Tribute Communities
  • Not-for-Profit Sector: Havergal College, PACT Urban Peach Program, Christian Children's Fund
  • Public Sector: City of Kitchener (agencies), UHN

The 2016 PRISM Awards were presented at the October 18, 2016, ICF Toronto Chapter's Annual Award Ceremony.
