Cinnie Noble is a Toronto-based ICF Certified Coach (ACC) with background education and experience in social work, business, law and mediation.  In 1999, Cinnie created the CINERGY® model of conflict coaching which combines conflict management and coaching principles and essentially helps people engage more effectively in their interpersonal disputes.  Besides coaching people using her model, Cinnie has been consulting to organizations and training coaches in Canada, the U.S., Australia and Ireland.  She is currently writing a book on this specialty.

As a former ICF-GTA Board Member, Cinnie was instrumental in beginning our “Practice Talks”.  She has presented on conflict coaching at ICF conferences on several occasions and at the current time, Cinnie serves ICF in a number of ways.  She is host of a Special Interest Group on Conflict Coaching and hosts monthly teleconferences as part of this role.  Additionally, Cinnie is our Chapter’s liaison to the Regulatory Committee.  She is also a mediator for ICF’s Mediation Resolution Process, for addressing complaints about coaches.

Cinnie started the first travel agency in Canada for people with disabilities and in 1991, Cinnie was appointed as a Member of the Order of Canada for this work.
