Event Description:

This interactive group coaching session introduces the 7 Cs Model, developed through over 7 years of coaching practice across both 1:1 and group settings. The model integrates key ICF coaching competencies with the Solution-Focused Coaching framework to support meaningful and practical transformation. Participants will reconnect with their inner voice, gain clarity on what truly matters, and learn how to take aligned action despite uncertainty. Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and group dialogue, this session creates a space for insight, connection, and real progress. Participants leave with greater self-trust, direction, and one meaningful next step.

Ehsan Salami is a PCC-certified coach (ICF) and facilitator with over 7 years of experience in 1:1 and group coaching, delivering over 2,000 coaching sessions to individuals, leaders, and students. He is a Solution-Focused practitioner and previously served as an ICF coaching instructor at Farsi Coaching Academy (FCA) for over 5 years. He currently works as a Co-op Officer at the University of Toronto Engineering Career Centre and is the creator of the 7 Cs Coaching Model.
