Event Description:

Building something – whether a practice, a business, or a new direction – often brings us into ongoing pressure: time, expectations, financial reality, and responsibility. This is often the surface layer of something deeper, shaping how we make decisions, relate to money, and show up in our work. This session invites participants into an experiential process of noticing what they are holding, how that impacts their capacity, and how it begins to surface in their relationship to money. Participants will leave with a clearer, more grounded sense of where they are – and a more honest place to begin, along with a simple self-coaching practice they can return to. Suzanne B. Jones is an integral development coach, facilitator, and regenerative strategist with over 20 years of experience in leadership, social impact, and organizational development. She works with practitioners, leaders, and entrepreneurs to build sustainable practices grounded in capacity, clarity, and integrity. Her work integrates coaching, facilitation, and systems thinking to support more effective decision-making, particularly around pressure, money, and the realities of building meaningful, impactful work.
